Delivery Services Fees
A fee is incurred when you pick up or return your wifi router using delivery services.
This fee will be combined with your rental fee and billed together.

Reservation Deadline
If you would like to have your device delivered to a designated address in Japan, you must
complete your reservation before 1:00pm(JST) on the day before the delivery date.

Estimated Delivery Times
Depending on where you want your device delivered, it may take more than one day.
We strongly recommend reserving early to prevent any delays in delivery.
* Due to sereve weather or traffic, your delivery may be delayed.
* For deliveries to Okinawa or Hokkaido, the delivery times could be longer than
two days.
